Cazul Corneliu Barsan februarie 26th, 2013
Un specialist de prima marca. Roman. Magistrat la Curtea Europeana a Drepturilor Omului. Casatorit. Sotia, si ea magistrat. La Inalta Curte. Ambele posturi fiind vizate de clientela PDL. Si asa se produce marea facatura. In care Corneliu Barsan este interceptat, in baza Legii sigurantei nationale, sub pretextul ca ar fi terorist.
Cum de a fost posibil asa ceva? Cum s-a procedat, de fapt? Cine au fost initiatorii? Ce au urmarit ei? Este acesta un caz singular? Sau este pur si simplu una dintre nenumaratele piese puse pe banda rulanta a faradelegilor DNA, in complicitate cu reprezentanti ai altor institutii ale statului?
Intrucat si functia sotului si functia sotiei sunt extraordinar de importante in arhitectura justitiei, el judecand nenumarate cauze la CEDO, care vizeaza nedreptati suferite de romani, prin nerespectarea unor proceduri de drept civil sau de drept penal, iar ea, prin pozitia de la Inalta Curte, fiind punctul terminus al unor procese de condamnare sau de achitare, artizanii acestei operatiuni de supraveghere si inregistrare ilegala a lui Barsan si-au asumat, incontestabil, un important risc. Cum putea fi interceptat, in scopul de a fi obtinute, eventual, informatii compromitatoare, acest judecator la CEDO, fara ca procedura in sine sa starneasca reactii? Pentru ca, in definitiv, un judecator, fie el si sub epoleti, trebuie sa se pronunte. Trebuie sa-si dea girul. Sa semneze mandatul de interceptare. Si de aici ar fi putut fi generate discutii. Si controverse. Care i-ar fi incomodat sau chiar demascat pe initiatori.
Asa se face ca, la limita, s-a recurs la solutia extrema. Mai poate fi obtinut, aproape automat si in conditiile pastrarii unui secret desavarsit, un mandat de interceptare si pe alta cale. Declari persoana respectiva suspecta de terorism. Si o urmaresti si o interceptezi cat vrei. Astfel, magistratul Corneliu Barsan a devenit o victima a regimului Traian Basescu.
Pana la urma, vor fi aflate toate detaliile necesare privind modul in care a fost pusa la cale aceasta operatiune. Precum si cele referitoare la promotori. Pana la urma, se va afla cine a facut presiuni pentru a se obtine o aprobare in acest sens si cine, procedand la fel de ilegal, a aprobat faradelegea. Vom sti, la capatul firului, cu certitudine, si care a fost scopul urmarit. Probabil, cel pe care l-am sugerat deja. Ca alti doi magistrati, loiali lui Basescu, sa le ia locul sotilor Barsan. Dar problema problemelor este fenomenul ca atare.
Nu este nici prima si, din nefericire, nici ultima data cand este utilizat acest mecanism. Oameni care nu au nimic de-a face cu terorismul, uneori personalitati publice, pentru a fi supravegheati, urmariti si inregistrati, sunt inclusi in mod artificial si, as spune, criminal in aceasta categorie. Iar rezultatul este nu numai ca se incalca legea. Nu numai ca oameni nevinovati sunt expusi unei grave banuieli, ci pur si simplu, sub aceasta umbrela a luptei impotriva terorismului, personalitati ale vietii publice sunt scoase din circulatie.
Amploarea acestui fenomen si modul in care el poate fi curmat ar trebui sa fie, pentru noi toti, o mare preocupare.

The Jewish U.S. Ambassadors mentioned here have been chosen not because of their ethnical origin, but because of their political ideology and POLITICAL position regarding the Palestine question, as POLITICAL actors.

L’édition originale de l’ouvrage d’Israel Shahak a paru aux éditions “Pluto Press”, Londres, 1994. Sa traduction française a paru aux éditions “La Vieille Taupe”, Paris, 1996. Ces notes se référent à l´édition originale anglaise.
Israël SHAHAK est un des nombreux “rescapés” de l’”Holocauste”. Né à Varsovie en 1933, il passe son enfance au camp de Bergen-Belsen. En 1945, il émigre en Israël et sert dans l´armée juive Tsahal. Militant des droits de l’homme, il collabore au journal “Haaretz” et s’attaque à l’obscurantisme religieux juif et à son influence dans la vie politique de l´État colonial d´Israël. Juif et “israëlien”, il est donc ethniquement irréprochable et politiquement correct.
Tout commence en 1965, lorsque SHAHAK est témoin d’un incident qui le marquera profondément. Dans un quartier de Jérusalem un non-juif (goy) s’effondre brusquement, victime semble-t-il d’une crise cardiaque. Prié de mettre son téléphone à disposition pour appeler une ambulance, un juif religieux refuse, en invoquant la Halakha qui lui interdit de sauver un non-juif le jour du Sabbat. Shahak interroge peu après les membres de la Cour rabbinique de Jérusalem ; ces membres sont nommés par l’Etat d’Israël. Ceux-ci répondent que la personne qui a refusé l’usage de son téléphone a agi conformément aux lois religieuses et ils se réfèrent à l’abrégé des lois talmudiques. Finalement les autorités rabbiniques tant en Israël que dans la diaspora n’ont jamais fait machine arrière et ont toujours refusé de modifier ou de supprimer la moindre prescription sabbatique. Il est donc interdit à un juif de profaner le jour du Sabbat pour sauver un non-juif. Par contre la violation du Sabbat est permise pour sauver un juif. Dérouté et scandalisé par cette discrimination raciste, Shahak se met à étudier les lois talmudiques. Il nous livre le fruit de trente ans de recherches et d’un demi-siècle de vie dans la Terre promise.

Minor Tractates. Soferim 15, Rule 10. This is the saying of Rabbi Simon ben Yohai: Tob shebe goyyim harog („Even the best of the gentiles should all be killed”).
This passage is from the original Hebrew of the Babylonian Talmud as quoted by the 1907 Jewish Encyclopedia, published by Funk and Wagnalls and compiled by Isidore Singer, under the entry, „Gentile,” (p. 617).
This original Talmud passage has been concealed in translation. The Jewish Encyclopedia states that, „…in the various versions the reading has been altered, ‘The best among the Egyptians’ being generally substituted.” In the Soncino version: „the best of the heathens” (Minor Tractates, Soferim 41a-b].
Israelis annually take part in a national pilgrimage to the grave of Simon ben Yohai, to honor this rabbi who advocated the extermination of non-Jews. (Jewish Press, June 9, 1989, p. 56B).
On Purim, Feb. 25, 1994, Israeli army officer Baruch Goldstein, an orthodox Jew from Brooklyn, massacred 40 Palestinian civilians, including children, while they knelt in prayer in a mosque. Atata timp cat Romania este condusa catre gropapa, de catre evreii kazari, asa cum au fost Rusia, Spania, Portugalia, Polonia, Germania in istorie, ne vom duce la vale grav ( deja ne-am dus).
Singura solutie este expulzarea TUTUROR evreilor din Romania.

Sistemul de stat al procurorilor, este in structura Ministerului Justitiei, insa procurorii au fost numiti de presedintele Romaniei.
Eu nu inteleg cine conduce acest sistem insa inteleg ca nu asculta nimeni de ministrul justitiei; se spune ca nici presedintele nu se interpune in problematica acestui siste. Asa ca, sistemul nu este condus; cheltuieste resurse din bugetul statului, nu are responsabilitati si lucreaza pentru sine si pe cont propriu.
